Two-Story Home Addition & Full Renovation

This project featured a new two-story, 1,000-square-foot addition to the side of the home, complete with a full basement. The renovation included all new windows, a welcoming front porch, and a rear courtyard. The existing 2,000-square-foot home was completely renovated, with new stairs connecting the finished basement to the second floor at the center of the house. The staircase showcases a wood railing with custom-fabricated balusters, adding a distinctive architectural detail to the home.
